OPERATIONS

1.0 INTRODUCTION
Seplat Energy Producing Nigeria Unlimited, on behalf of the NNPC/SEPNU Joint Venture (hereinafter referred to as
“Company”), seeks interested and pre‑qualified contractors for the Provision of Offshore Support Vessels for Seplat
Offshore Operations on a call‑off basis, as outlined in Section 2.0. The contract is proposed to commence in Q1 2027 and for a primary term of five (5) years plus optional extension of two (2) years.

2.0 SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work includes provision of the equipment, personnel, and logistics to operate the underlisted vessels, which should have been built not earlier than 2010.
